Investment Advisor Representative of The Planners Network (TPN), a Registered Investment Adviser John prides himself in his ability to offer his clients services that can help them in all aspects of their finances. His areas of experience range from income tax preparation for individuals and businesses, to tax planning, to financial, retirement, and estate planning. He also assists clients with life insurance and long-term care needs. John is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the California Society of Enrolled Agents, and a graduate of the National Tax Practice Institute. John has lived in the Tri-City area for 42 years. He and his wife Claire have been married for 38 years. Together they have 5 children, two of whom work for the family business.
Charlene Burkhardt, EA Registered Representative, National Planning Corporation (NPC).
Investment Advisor Representative of The Planners Network (TPN), A Registered Investment Advisor. Charlene joined the family business in 1991, assisting with bookkeeping and tax returns. She received her Enrolled Agent’s license in 1995, and then became a Registered Representative in 1999. Later in 2001, she received her insurance agent license. Charlene assists clients with a variety of services including QuickBooks support, income tax preparation, tax planning, life insurance, and establishing retirement plans. Here in the office she manages everyday operations within the company and oversees employee productivity. She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, as well as the California Society of Enrolled Agents. In 2003 Charlene became a member in the Exchange Club of Fremont, a community services oriented group that helps raise funds for different non-profit organizations in the Tri-City area. Charlene has been a Tri-City resident for 38 years. She and her husband Dan (also a Moore Financial employee) have been married for 24 years. They have two children, Emily and Matt. Charlene enjoys camping and jet skiing. Jennifer Catlett, EA Registered Representative, National Planning Corporation (NPC)
Jennifer began her career at Moore Financial Services in 1996, working with bookkeeping and payroll clients. In 1999 she received her Enrolled Agent’s license and became a Notary Public in 2000. She served as Business Services manager until she became a Registered Representative in 2003. Jennifer provides services such as income tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, QuickBooks Support, and establishing retirement plans. She also assists with the day-to-day functions of the investment and retirement planning aspect of Moore Financial Services. Jennifer has lived in Fremont since she was eight years old. She and her husband Jon have been married over 17 years and have a teenage daughter named Stephanie. Jennifer enjoys singing, scrapbooking, playing video games, and watching her daughter play volleyball.

Claire worked side-by-side with her husband, John, to start Moore Financial Services back in 1983. Since then she has been an integral part of the company, assisting with everything from bookkeeping to accounts receivable and payable. Claire is an active member of the community. She volunteers at local Washington Hospital. In 2003 Claire became a member of the Exchange Club of Fremont, a community services oriented group that helps raise funds for non-profit organizations in the Tri-City area. Dan Burkhardt Network Administrator, Moore Financial Services, Inc.
Dan joined the company in 2002.That same year he became a member of the California Tax Education Council (CTEC). Dan serves as a tax preparer and as our network administrator. He also assists with the day-to-day functions of the investment and retirement planning aspect of Moore Financial Services.
Dan has lived in the Tri-City Area since the age of 5. Like his wife, Charlene, he enjoys camping and jet skiing. He also loves to cook. A former auto mechanic, Dan is still able to tell you why your car is making that weird screeching noise when it starts up in the morning. Cheryl Ingraca Bookkeeper, Moore Financial Services, Inc.
Cheryl joined our team in 2004. She takes care of our bookkeeping and payroll clients. She has 3 daughters, Angela, Jessica and Katie, all of whom are all out on their own now. Cheryl is my favorite daughter (her words). She loves to play jokes on everyone at the office, whenever she gets a chance. But on the other hand, she is the reason why I havent lost weight lately. She often brings in donuts, cookies, and candy into the office, and we all manage to help her eat everything she brings. You may see her walking Charlene's dog Tucker around the building. She loves to put plastic spiders in strange places around the office, just to see us jump. She even scares the UPS man at least once a week. Cari is the newest member of our team and she will be your first point of contact when calling or coming into our office. As well as administrative duties, Cari is determined to keep John organized and on time. After working in the corporate world for over 20 years, she is enjoying being a part of a smaller company. Cari is originally from Colorado and moved to California in 1986. She enjoys traveling, collecting jewelry and pampering her adorable Chinese Crested pup, Gidget. Emily Burkhardt Receptionist, Moore Financial Services, Inc.
Emily is the youngest member of our team and she is excited to continue improving her skills as our part time receptionist. She is a sophomore at Ohlone Junior College, working on her general education and continuing her graphic design classes. This is Emily’s first job and she has discovered the work environment of her Mom, Dad, Grandfather, Grandmother, Aunt Cheryl and Jennifer (Emily’s God Mother). Emily enjoys drawing, designing and chocolate.
